Volunteering
Volunteering at Chilamate Rainforest Eco Retreat is more than lending a hand—it’s becoming part of a community project rooted in regeneration, learning and love for the land. We welcome proactive, curious and committed individuals who want to contribute to our work and grow alongside it.
🌱 We offer room and board for volunteers who stay 6 months or longer.
Shorter stays are also possible with a small contribution to support meals and coordination.

Whitewater Kayak Instructor
– Rescue certification
– Strong kayaking skills

Field & Garden Assistant

– Service experience or hotel background
